How to make llantén (plantain) tea
Ingredients

1–2 teaspoons dried leaves   or   2–3 fresh leaves

1 cup hot water (85–90°C)

Optional: honey or lemon
Preparation

Wash the leaves (if they are fresh).

Heat the water without boiling it.

Add the llantén and leave to infuse for   5-10 minutes  .
