An old trick that works quickly against inflammation, pain and swelling in the joints

  • Mixture Preparation:

In a clean container, combine all of the ingredients until they form a thick, uniform mixture.

  • Preparing the compress:

Place the paste in a small plastic bag (zip-top or firmly wrapped). Seal it tightly to prevent spills.

  • Application:

Place the bag over the problematic joint or tendon (knee, ankle, wrist, finger, etc.) and wrap it with a towel or elastic bandage to prevent movement.

  • Recommended time:

Leave it on for at least two hours. If you have significant pain or prolonged discomfort, leave it on overnight.

Why does this compressor perform so well?

Each chemical serves a specific purpose that improves relief:

  • Honey has anti-inflammatory and calming effects, which assist to relieve swelling and pain.
  • Soap: Used as a vehicle to help active substances penetrate the skin.
  • Flour: Thickens the mixture and keeps it attached to the application area.
  • Warm water increases blood circulation, promotes muscle relaxation, and provides speedier relief.
