Here’s a simple and delicious way to cook Boneless Pork Chops in a Slow Cooker

 Ingredients

4–6 boneless pork chops

1 packet onion soup mix

1 cup chicken broth

1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

1 tbsp garlic, minced (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

 Arrange the Pork Chops

Place the boneless pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.

 Make the Sauce

In a bowl, mix together:

cream of mushroom soup

chicken broth

onion soup mix

garlic (optional)

 Pour Over Chops

Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops so they’re well coated.

 Cook

Low: 6–7 hours

High: 3–4 hours

The pork will become tender and flavorful.
