Today, many women no longer see being in a couple as a necessity, but as an option. A wonderful option, of course, but one that must fit harmoniously into an already balanced life.

Solitude or freedom: a crucial distinction

Living alone is often confused with loneliness. However, these two realities are very different.
Being alone can be synonymous with freedom, personal space, and serenity. Connections with loved ones—friends, family, colleagues—play a vital role in this balance. They provide support, sharing, and companionship on a daily basis.
Some women even voluntarily choose these periods of solitude to reconnect with themselves, take stock, or simply enjoy their independence.
