Once your feet are well softened, prepare a natural scrub with:
1 tablespoon of baking soda
A few drops of water (adjust to obtain a grainy paste)
Apply the mixture by gently massaging in circular motions , paying particular attention to the heels and soles of the feet . This scrub eliminates impurities, stimulates blood circulation and prevents the formation of calluses .
For a more intense exfoliation , add a little fine sugar or salt .
Rinse and dry your feet well.
Rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water to remove all traces of baking soda. Dry them thoroughly , especially between the toes , to avoid any residual moisture that can lead to fungal infections .
