Homemade recipe: a drink that gently wakes up the body
Ingredients :
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 very ripe tomato, chopped
  • 100 ml of water
  • (optional) A squeeze of lemon juice for a touch of pep
Preparation :
  1. Place the carrot, tomato and water in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. (Optional) Strain if you prefer a thinner drink.
  4. (Optional) Add lemon juice just before serving.
