- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mixing thoroughly. Transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
How to Use
